Its Ridiculous. All dock were full but not one truck was being loaded, I asked to use the bathroom when i went back i saw the very few workers sitting around.
Thats been the average the 5 times we have got loaded!
Most people get 40hours regular time plus 40hours overtime a week.... They do not care about employees, and work on orders that go out on say tuesday on that same day.
The front office girl is extremely flirtatious with ALL the male drivers.

Appointment time 2:30pm now is 10am next day, they wasn’t ready yet to load me and I left
WOULD EXPECT BETTER FROM WARE.
As an employee they will work you every day until you drop, lots of 24 hour days. Most days are 6am to well after 11pm with only ONE 30min meal break.
DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS U HAVE NO LIFE
From what I've seen if you work night shift you never know what your hours are going to be from 1 night to the next, and almost everyone that works nights is soon some kind of drugs. Or that's how it was about a month ago
